Black Teapot with Large Knob

This wheel thrown teapot is black with a highly finished, incised surface. The pot has no foot, a low belly and a geometric turn at the shoulder. There is a large, spherical knob on the lid. The lid is inset, and half-moon shaped. The spout and handle are smoothly attached and have a geometric quality. There is a signature on the bottom of the pot.
